My name is Kristine Ubalde Bulacsao, and my journey in the insurance industry began in 2019 as a student, earning my license in 2022. I had no prior knowledge of insurance—until I started buying Visitors Travel Insurance for my parents. Watching how it worked when they fell ill, and seeing how it helped them access the care they needed without financial stress, sparked a new purpose in me.

That experience made me realize I wanted to do more: to help parents and families coming to Canada feel protected while they’re away from home, knowing that medical expenses don’t have to become a burden. With the guidance of my SVP, Anamay Bulan, I learned the ins and outs of insurance and began helping others navigate it with confidence.

Today, I’m proud to say that I not only understand the industry, but I also have the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives—helping families feel safe, secure, and cared for while in Canada. Every policy I guide someone through is more than just coverage—it’s peace of mind, protection, and the freedom to focus on what truly matters: family.
